After your payment is successful you will get an order confirmation by SMS or email.

If money is taken from your account but your order isn’t confirmed please contact us away. Share your transaction details so we can check the status with Razorpay.

  1. Failed or Pending Transactions

If a payment fails the amount deducted is usually returned to your account automatically. This happens within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank’s policy.

Lakshmi Store is not responsible for delays in refunding failed transaction amounts. That process is managed by Razorpay and your bank.

All prices on our website are in Rupees (INR). Only INR payments are accepted.

  1. No Refund Policy Reminder

As per our Return and Refund Policy once an order is confirmed and payment is made no refunds, returns or exchanges are allowed. All payments are final.
